In the 30 Days of Maximum Fat Loss TT work out, Craig has 1 min rest within supersets and 2 mins rest between superset. This is different from the other TT for fat loss programs. I wonder is this a typo?

Thanks.

I emailed CB about the TTfM and that. One section said do the exercises in the superset back to back and wait 1 minute between sets and the other said wait 1 minute between exercises and 2 minutes between sets. He told me to wait 1 minute between exercises and 2 mintutes between sets and supersets. You should email to make sure, he usually responds the same day.

We cleared this up. Thanks guys.

the answer to the original question is, no typo. But if you want to get done faster, use shorter rest periods.

I did this morning right after seeing Keith's post, and Craig responded the same hour.

Thanks much Craig for the program and support!

The fact that Craig is so on top of questions and discussions about his programs makes the small amount of money you pay even more miniscule. A professionally written program and a virtual trainer to boot.

(no he did not pay me for saying this).

BTW - In the exercise photos I know the shorter haired guy is Craig - is the longer haired guy an earlier version of Craig or just a different dude. I always thought they were two different people but it ocurred to me recently they might both be Craig ...yeah, I know I'm not very observant sometimes .

A pic of me and CB in Aug 05. It was an hour of pure info and correcting my form. More than worth the money. If you ever have a chance to see him, do it.

Great pic.
