Default Paul Chek's Scientific Back Training

I would like some feedback on Paul Chek Scientific Back Training course dvds before buying them. Gotten Gray Cook's Secrets of the Backside dvd a while back and enjoyed the material inside. Are they similar? Just wondering what is inside Paul Chek's course.

Feel free to let us know what you think about the program, but for the time being, I have removed your link.

I've heard good things about both it and Chek's Abs course. They're both supposed to be deep in terms of functional anatomy and the comments I heard (Google search) were that people finally understood the anatomy after watching one or both of these.

But the price really throws me off. I'll have to wait a while before I can justify paying that much.
