What kind of ab/core work do you guys do with your routines. I would like to get a solid plan that can be done 2 or 3 times a week. I've found a few plans but I like to get recommendations first.

I've been doing crunches on my off days but I am not getting much results. I feel like I'm only hitting my upper abs and my lower abs are lagging behind. My BF% is dropping at a slow rate but I'd like to have a solid core/abs when I really cut.

I'm currently bulking but I've managed to drop some fat while adding muscle. I know it's hard to believe but I'm a skinny bastard, with a beer belly, and a fast metabolism. As soon as I started eating clean, lowered my beer intake, and continued to work out, I started to shed some of my BF.

Thanks for any help,
Stinson

I was reading this thread this morning and thought it was interesting. Different than other core/ab ideas I have read before.

For your lower abs, the best thing is just to lift your legs. Do some HIIT sessions on your off days.

I also read in MH that side kicks and round houses are the best thing you can do for lower abs (although the guy doing the side kick has a HORRIBLE form)
