Yeah on friday i did the first workout of Alwyns Afterburn. Its the first time i've done squats or a circuit training program, its now sunday and im still sore.
I was wondering, there was no mention of any cardio or any type of running in the program so does that mean i shouldnt do any running?
And also, can i add in some back exercises to the workout, im trying to really pump up my back muscles, especially the lats.
