Alright. So I was really really really really really pissed tonight so I went and lifted to vent. I've maxed out on deads and bench recently so I figured I'd give squats a go. Long story short, got 190 and then called it quits before I did anything stupid due to my anger.

That puts me at:
-300 deadlift
-190 squat
-150 bench
-640 total

I know I have a lot more in me, at 190 I was just warming-up but I was too hot to do anything stupid so I just stopped.

Good and bad. I was in a really really bad mood so i had all the energy to go out and 190 went up like nothing. However, I had used up too many reps to get there. After getting 190, my anger was diminished and I didn't feel like I had anything for 200. I started to go down, but had to drop it on the pads behind me because I knew I wasn't going to be able to get back up. It started awesome, but I hate ending on a bad note. No worries though. Tomorrow, I'll straighten out my problem and sometime late next week when I don't have school I'll get 200+.

I focused a lot on deadlifts until I got to 300. I find that if I focus on a specific lift, I advance faster in it. So, I plan on working more on my sqauts more until I hit 250. So, I'll be doing more work with them until I get there. Right now, i'm not in the greatest mood, but by this time tomorrow I should be able to look back and be real happy about this.

Nice job, I'm guessing from your numbers you aren't really built for squatting. Even little improvements feel great on the lifts that don't come naturally, I know how this feels on the squat.

I'm just about 6 feet, haven't checked in a while, but I have long legs and arms. So, yea squatting isn't my best lift, nor is the bench, although i've been pleasantly surprised by it. But, I'm built for deadlifting Which explains why theres about a +100 difference between my squats and deadlifts.

Over the summer, 160 was my max and that was very difficult. 190 went up relatively easy compared to that. This was my first time squatting in 2+ months, so it was nice to see the jump. Like I said, I know I have more in me, so I'll probably check again next week.

Thanks guys
