Way to go man!! I remember I was at the gym one time and two guys asked me how to get big biceps. I jokingly told them to let me know when they found out. Then I told them to stop curling and start doing chinups with added weight if necessary. Little did I know they were talking about me until they asked me to help them with different kind of pullups and chinups.
You know it is wierd. There is a guy at my gym who I think is not huge but a good size. I commented one day on his size and he asked me how much I weigh because he thought I was bigger than him. I just don't see myself that way.

I get the same thing sometimes Rookie. One day I was playing basketball with this guy that is in pretty good shape and he said man your pretty ripped. All I could say was thanks. I really don't see it when looking in the mirror but everybody around me says that I look pretty damn good. Oh well I guess there could be other things to wonder about then compliments.
One time Jessica Biel came to my gym, and she was all "Ohmuhgod you are the finest specimen of man-flesh I've ever seen!". I played it cool, just said "I know", Han Solo-style. But she kept it up, and said she had to have me that minute, and invited me to the locker room. I just told her that I appreciated the comment, and if she drank milk and prayed a lot, one day she might hit the lottery and find another guy like me, but I was a faithfully married man.
She took it hard, but after counseling and electrotherapy she's back into the acting gig again -- good for her. I would've felt bad if my rejection had crushed the poor girl for good.
Okay, so what actually happened was a guy from my Accounting department said, "You're a health nut; I can tell." But it's almost the same. Except for the whole Jessica Biel, locker room, hot man-flesh thing... exactly the same.
Just having some fun, but good job guys! Let those comments serve as bonus fuel to your motivation.

That's awesome, bro! The compliment-thing must be catchy these days. A couple of the "newer" guys at my gym have asked me recently about my routine and/or what I'm doing/eating to be in such great shape.
I suppose the regulars already know that I'm just full of hot air! LOL!
