I was wondering how you folks deal with delayed onset muscle soreness for your clients that are
very new to weight lifting or cardio excerise?
Do you use a longer warm up, or streching to help the work through the inital aches whe starting out?

thanks for your reponses

You can use an anti-inflammatory(I won't give any free advertising though), however, I never use them because I believe inflammation has something to do with the hypertrophy process. But, I think you answered your own question. Something I do with my players and clients is like you already mentioned a slightly longer than normal warm-up.
