i think it's just the same w/ the ones for males. Btw, u can't spot reduce. Good looking abs is done from good diet, & good fat burning workout + HIIT.

Most of the time, i just do Weighted Incline Sit-up, Hanging Leg Raise, & Obligue Raise on a Roman Chair. Sometimes, i really focused on having an abs day where i concentrated on abs workout for the upper abs, lower abs, obligues, transverse abdominis, & lower back. After that, i'd do HIIT.
