Question

Wondering if anybody else has the same problem? I don't like removing my engagement ring at all...especially not to keep in the gym locker. However, it's not practical to wear when working out as could damage ring or cause harm to myself/others. Any ideas on how to safely wear ring in gym? Thanks. -R

Assuming you are a female, get a thin chain and put it on that and around your neck. That's what my female friends do.

I take off my wedding band and pin it with my locker key to my shorts or sweats.

If you are lifting weights, don't leave it on. You could damage the ring, but you could also damage your finger. Visualize your skin peeling off the bone like a banana peel and you get the picture.....

I second taking the ring off for weights. It can really hurt.

Running shorts generally have a little pocket on the inside of them that seals up so you can just drop it in there.

I've put it in my shoe in the locker, keyring (probibly wouldn't recommend that), laced it up in my shoe laces (works great for a car key too).
