Can my lower arms get big if I just do exercises where you need a good grip like deadlifts, pullups,...?

Squat: 195kg - 429lbs (training) ..seriously outdated..
Bench press: 135kg - 297lbs (training)
Deadlift: 190kg - 418lbs (training)

If by "lower arms" you mean trceps, then I believe that they can. Honestly, I don't work my triceps in particular, they just kinda of develop as my body does. I mean if you're doing exercises like deadlifts, pullups, and other verious exercises you'll be fine.

I think he means forearms and the pullups/chiups will do it.. dunno about the deadlift but it will increase your gripper muscle which is connected to the forearm.. so .. yeah [img]smile.gif[/img]

Yes, exercises involving gripping will build up your forearms. Thats why exercises like deadlifts,Farmer walks and wrapping towels around a bar and gripping it work so well.
