Ok so I am going to focus for about 8 weeks increasing some size but definately strength. In doing so I need to make a few adaptations to my current plan. Currently I have a small shake, whey in milk w/ creatine, prior to my workout. I then have a PWO shake of gatorade and whey. I am going to begin drinking my shake during my routine and actually eating something solid after my workout. The problem is what? I need something simple and easy. Preferably it can be prepped in just a few minutes the night before and will keep until I complete my workout. What ideas do you have?

I often eat low fat chili and beans as my meal after a workout.

Any low-fat meat sandwich.
Yogurt.
Grilled chicken over pasta with low-fat parmesan.

I am hoping that drinking the gatorade/pretein mix durign my workout will help with the nauseated feeling I keep getting during my workouts.
