I was wondering if anyone could give me a good push/pull or upper/ lower split. I have been reading a lot about 3 day a week full body, but I think I would rather do a 4 day push/pull or upper/lower. How much volume would I need to do? I have been lifting for about 3 years doing 4 day split ( 1 body part once a week) , but I would like to increase each body part to 2 times a week. Any suggestions? I looked over in the training FAQ, but really did not see anything listed about this. Thanks for any help you can give.

I think he means a push-pull split, my dear.
However I like Stamina a lot. It improved all my lifts and the side effect of fat loss is inevitable.

Take a look at Barely Legal. It seems to fit your criteria. I just started it this week and so far I'm liking it.
