Hi, all sorry for not posting this earlier. Or neglegecting this forum. I been swamped at work.

I just want to inform all you and thank you for the past support I have gotton throught this forum.

I just finished my last chemo treament on thu. Aug. 19th, 2004 @ 12:00pm.

I've also been working - out again for the past two weeks. Starting w/ just a 20min ride on the spin bike. Last work-out was tuesday a 45min ride and 30min full-body weight training work-out 2 set of each at 10 reps following exercise included Squats,Bench, Leg Curl, Pull-ups (gravatron), Shoulder press, Dips on the bench, standing bicep curl.

Much thanks to Jp, Bill, Brian, and the rest of the gang for your support.

I also just ordered/purchase my first Road Bike a 50" Specialized Elite from my local bike. I can't wait for it to come into store on tues. So, I can start riding it. I planning doing the full 100 mile Ride for the Roses in 2005.

Congrats for getting through it Silas. Your strength is inspiring. Glad to see you jumping right back into the workouts so quickly. Maybe now you won't have to miss the next retreat!

Congratulations Fitone!!

It sounds like you are doing well and feeling well. I'm a relative newbie here, but I've enjoyed reading your posts the past couple of weeks.

I'm glad to see your back in the saddle!
