Default Very simple question about overall fitness

Hi everyone. Just recently joined this site, and had a couple of questions for you. Do any of you have suggestions for finding like daily fitness tips or something that I can have sent to my email, or advice in the same way on dieting at the same time?

Would reading a couple of fitness/diet blogs, which are updated almost daily, serve the purpose for you? I can think of several blogs I'd recommend.

Akshully, you could also see/suggest if random blogs have this FeedBurner Help Center - FeedBurner Email Overview and FAQ because then you wouldn't have to go there, you wouldn't have to do normal rss subscription, and could still get your emails.

But, then again, basically my bets have been way off and I just can't win whether I go long or short, so I'll leave cynical mode off for now.

Also, I post my own brand of spam, of which I have no affiliation to, simply because I know there's people here who might be interested in such a thing, and there is the off chance that they might see this. It might be beneficial to them to have people be able to subscribe to their blogs/etc via email rather than finding a feed reader.

LOL... I was thinking the exact same thing. As if we wouldn't notice.

Toofittoquit, I noticed that the company you work for seems to have quite a few customers who could provide this service. Why didn't you just ask any one of them to send you weekly updates?

Isn't the "roll eyes" emoticon meant to display sarcasm/cynicism? (easier to catch than "/cynical mode" ).

Just visit here. Maybe someone will actually see the value in pieces that have more substance to them then just all those quick tips that comprise magazine content and usually don't do anyone any good whatsoever

Here's Chris' diet/body slimming tip for the week:

"Move your body for a half hour each day and don't shove crap in your mouth."

JP: Good catch on the link. "Should I Divorce Him" is an actual entire site? YIKES!!
