Hai Guyz! ;)
Well I've lurked over here long enough, I finally decided to join. Too bad it had to be because I f'd up my shoulder! I'm one of Rookie's and Mahler's friends from Training Anarchy though, so I'll try to keep the idiotic questions down to a minimum. Just thought I'd make a formal introduction.
Signed,

Yes, guilt by association. I get that reaction a lot, not surprisingly

Eh, I'll live, I've set a few goals for the time being:
1) Run under a 22 minute 5k (currently floating around 24-25 minutes)
2) Bring my Squat numbers up (260 last time I maxed, and down right horrible compared to my DL)
3) Become more fleixble
4) Master pistol squats with both legs
Thanks though...

Welcome to the forums!
Have you looked at the cast of characters who "know" this guy?

Actually I just run an extortion racket for the mob, and they all owe me money JP...nonetheless though, I'm good people I promise!
Haha...
In reality though, I've been told to come here a lot when I had questions about diets or routines. I look forward to learning a lot on here, especially diet and nutrition and mobility, not a lot of time on my hands at the moment, but hopefully that'll change.
Thanks for the warm welcome ladies and gents...
