So for a year or so I have been using 240 or 245 as my one rep max on the bench based off of rep calucalators. I decided to take the time today to max out and grabbed a spotter. I put up 255. I think I am going to max on a regular basis and see if by doing it once a week then adding to it I can help increase it further. I would love to be able to throw a 25 on the outside of my 45's when I sit on the bench but 275 seems a good ways off. Guess I just have to focus on it. So I now have a new goal.

Good lift Rook! Good idea about maxing out regularly. I do that, and was able to watch my max go from 185 to 225. Definitely helps know exactly where you are.
