than to have his client doing curls in the squat rack? This happened last night. I was doing deadlifts and in the squat rack next to me, the PT was having his client do curls.

I mean, it seems bad enough when someone does it on his own, but shouldn't a PT know that the SQUAT rack is for SQUATS?

We need to get you a t-shirt from the last summit so you can have our little saying in big bold red letters... "No curling in the squat rack!"

I am sure that Mahler's only regret with having a home gym is that he can't strut that saying in a crowded fitness center for trainers like that one to see.

Does PT, in his case, stand for Pathetic Trainer?

JP,
I strut it around Stewartstown, just the same.

Come on, they need to use the bail out bars just incase they can't get that last curl all the way up!

the t-shirts would only work if people knew what a squat rack was.

I don't know about the squat rack, but I like to do my curls in between the four metal things with all the holes in them. It even has a metal rod on each side to rest the weight on while I talk to my buddies.
