Newlife
great setup. Nice curling stand. I bet you can really pop those biceps in front of those mirrors. You are missing a cell phone holder, though

You can almost see your reflection in it, NL. You just need to polish it a bit more!

1 Inch think plywood with internal braces. I think it would support a tank. The one pictured is 12 inches, and I have a 8 inch and 16 inch version also. My training partner works in construction and makes them for us. It also works great for and elevated platform for lifts where the plates would hit the floor or for monster step-ups with weight. I sat on the box with over 400lbs and it's solid as a rock...isn't that a song?

What do you do with 110-pound dumbells? I mean, I know what I would do with them (look at them and say, "whoa, dude, those look heavy", then pick up my 35-pounders).
Awesome setup!

I do flat DB bench press, decline DB press, and DB rows with them. They get heavy quick!

Newlife, is this your dipstation? NY Barbell
If so, km, it's $100 plus about $58 for shipping. I'd like to add a dip station, but the only one's i've ever seen in stores were the combo with the pull-ups as well, which won't fit in my basement. This could be an option now. Anyway, nice set-up again NL. I can't wait to get my own place and build my gym. That Ivanko bar is sweeeeeeeeeet.

Kevin, that's the one. You can't beat it for the money. Shipping was cheap since I'm right next to NY. You'll already have a ton of stuff for your first house!
LOL Galya...
