Okay..this year i never really noticed how much my lifting weights have jumped. I got a lot stronger this year and i thanks the S2B Plan, and everyone here at the forum.

Last week i had to take off because i was unbelieveably sore. So i took a week off and im feeling better this week. So this week ill just lift some weights..do stuff i havent done in a while, and back to Bill Starr monday.

Great work, Doug! I'm especially impressed with the rise in those DL numbers.
