When I take my measurements on areas like chest, waist and biceps I don't have much trouble placing the tape in the exact spot where I took my measurements before, but I find very difficult to do the same on areas like quads, shoulders, etc.

Does anybody have a chart with pictures showing the right areas so you can track your progress?

Thanks

I enter my stats in mybodycomp.com (better known as FitToGether.net from the Spam thread ) If you enter all your stats, it gives you an estimate of your bf%, but it's not completely accurate. Anyway, they have a chart with where to take the measurements.

If got an article that tells me where to measure that I pulled from somewhere a couple of years ago. I don't dare change because I've been measuring that way for so long. I'll find the link for you when I get home tonight if it still looks like you need it.

Thanks for the replies. KT, I visited the website but the picture didn't give me much detail besides some visual aid.

Deserve, I appreciate if you can find the link. I'm starting a new program and I want to make sure I get all my details correctly. Thank you.

It's actually all I need, deserve. Detail like "Measure the waist at the broadest part, the part that sticks out the most." is what I was looking for. Thank you!!!!!!
