All i keep hearing is that it's on the way. It's unfortunate because at this rate a lot of guys will have completed the programme without the benefit of an official forum...

I bet if there was enough interest ol' JP would set us up with a place to discuss our trials and tribulations with S2B. My recomendation would be to call it something that is not trade marked but since we all come here anyway it would make sense.

Yeah, I'll be finishing the last week of July, so I'll not likely see much action in that forum unless it comes very soon.

I don't like to bug them. He probably gets enough annoying email during the day.

I guess I will ask anyways. I am going to do the workout part in the fall and have started the nutrition part now but in slight cut closer to maint. In the book "non workout days" you are not to have the pre/during/after shakes. On MY non workout days, I do cardio/HIIT, is this considered non workout or workout? I still take a pwo after my exercise. I am not sure if I am still to do this or not.

I just got S2B for fathers day...Just started reading it...but can't put it down. I need to get myself measured to determine how much of an ecto I really am...I think I fall somewhere between ecto and endo.

How important is this specific identification towards using this program? (maybe a dumb question) But I early into the book. Be gentle.

From what I can tell it is not terribly important. The principles of eating will help anyone. Chances are Jimbo if adding size is your goal S2B has a better chance than not of working for you.

A bunch of are starting the corrective phase in July with the main workout portion begining in August. If you want join us.

Do you guys want your own private passworded subforum so you don't have to wait? I could call it "S2B" and give either set it up where you would have a pw or admin permission to get in. Let me know. Mahler, PM me if this sounds like a feasible option for you.

Mahler's on vacation but I'll step up say and that I think it would be useful to have a dedicated subforum. I don't think it needs to be PW protected. I would like to encourage everyone to be involved in the discussion and offer an opinion.

Anyone else second this or have a dissenting view?

Yes, I will second the motion, Gabe. I was actually thinking about asking JP to do just this for us but hadn't got around to it yet. I agree it doesn't need to be password protected. I envision it as a group training log and question/answer forum specifically relating to S2B issues.

The corrective phase is essentially Phase 1 of the program. You will complete an assessment of your imbalances and so forth (Chpt 4 I believe). Then you will create a corrective program to address them depending on the severity. My numbers show that I need about a month of work. Not surprising I have some issues in my hip flexors.

On the American site there is only one listed. What's the price difference?

I'll third the motion... lol. JP, that would be great. How long do you reckon the sub-forum would take to set up? Thanks in advance.

I put up a new subforum... Title and mods pending. It may change, but it is where you can house all S2B related discussions.

You're welcome!
