Dude, what good is having a ton of muscle if you can't actually use it for anything? Swings are a great exercise for strengthening the posterior chain. But I understand... Some people just prefer leg curls I guess.

So far I've used it in my daily heavy object-moving at work. Plus, it keeps you away from fights. It's always the smaller people getting into fights.

Plus the women I'm around likes big guys, etc.

Was hell on my
lungs. Did nothing for my muscles. It would be great aerobic conditioning, no doubt. Oh, and still would kick my anaerobic ass. I've got no join problems since I stretch and hey-
