Default I am looking for some feedback on Alwyn's Afterburn Program

Can someone give me the details of this program - including the strength and nutrition protocols and how long is the program?

If this information has been discussed in the past, pls post links.

And if someone has followed the program and has a log, pls post the link so I can read it..

thanks..

Welcome to the forums. I haven't personally read Afterburn, but I'm sure some people in here have and will chime in.

You might also have some luck using the search function on the site, or using the google bar in the top right

I don't have Afterburn but do have a comment. It seems to me that it is a fine line between what you are asking for

and asking someone to give you Afterburn in total for free so you don't have to pay Alwyn for his product.

Feedback is fine. Most people will tell you things along the lines of "intensive whole body workouts" "intervals" and "eat clean" Iassuming that is what is in the program - as I said, I don't know). They may tell you their experiences (it was tough but I lost XX lbs in YY wks).

The details of the protocols - that's what buying the product is supposed to give you.
But that's just MHO. Maybe someone who has used it will think differently than I.

I didnt mean tht I want the exact protocols just a feedback - like is it low carb all the way or is it carb cyclying etc etc...r the workouts total body workouts or are thr splits? wht abt cardio..etc etc...i hope u get the point..i dont expect anyone to give me the detailed workouts..

and as for the logs, its always good to read logs of people who r actully following the program, so u get the idea..I think thts wht the logs r for.

There is a purchase link at the very bottom of this page.

I've never heard anyone regret doing one of Alwyn's programs.

You should have come to the summit last year. He went into great detail about fat loss, and he's a great presenter too.
