Just missed your photo post with the last post. I would not worry about losing more weight if I were you, but concentrate on buildind some muscle mass. You are not "fat" now (though formerely fat people tend to see themselves as fat and over worry about it. In fact you could stand to gain some weight (in muscle). You do not necessarily need to gain a lot of size (some people prefer to be very lean and that is your choice) but you definitely should try and put on some muscle. Don't worry about gaining weight (muscle is heavier than fat, so if your strength train you WILL gain weight). Eat clean and lift hard (get a better routine see FAQs) , and you could probably up your cals some more, and gain some muscle- You will look better (imo) and definitely feel better and be stronger. Not a bad thing to gain a bit of weight as long as it is not fat.

Hope this helps

good luck.

As a formerly fat guy, I understand a lot of what you might be fearing. I still find myself reading those magazine tips about how to dress to hide your flaws (like a belly or love handles, which I don't really have anymore).

I decided to take it pretty slow, once I got slim. People told me to "just eat and lift," but the last thing I wanted to was to be fat (or less lean) again.

Look down the road and think how you'd like to be in a year or two years, then plan how to get there. Slowly but surely, in waves or cycles, etc. If you need help, ask.
