I loved the book. I've been doing the workouts since late December and have made great progress, especially in terms of strength. I also really like the explosive exercises -- many of these I've never done before, so it has added a whole new dimension to my training.

My favorite aspect of it is that, rather than just giving you a program to do, Dos really educates you on how to build your own programs. Sure he gives you some sample programs, but even without those I felt armed with the knowledge I needed to create numerous programs for a long time to come.

If I had the guts to shoplift it, I would.

I think the book is great--I use very similar programming with my athletes.

I must say that the program design part is excellent, for someone who is fairly new to training this is easy and will be highly effective for strength.
