Most Improved Baby!
At an awards ceremony held at the luxurious "Ale House" following the last Men's Over 30 Basketball session "Big Bill" as I am known in old man basketball circles was declared Most Improved Player for the year. At first I was honored, thinking, "if I could improve at 51 anyone can". Now I thinking, "was I that bad last year"?

Congrats, Bill. Take it as a compliment. They don't come as often when you get older. You are over fifity and kicking ass on the court. That's all you need to know.

Anyone who's seen me play would never accuse me of "kicking ass". Honestly, if I have improved over the last few years, it's because I'm stronger. If you can't jump, and I can't, position is everything. Thanks.
