Default Good Guru

On line fitness gurus have taken a beating on this and other forums lately. I wanted to take a minute and tell you all about my experience with Kelly Baggett recently. I had purchased his Vertical Jump Development Bible a year ago. It's about 100 pages of really good information. Rather than just putting programs out there, he explains who benefits from each and why.

Over thirty basketball ends tomorrow night and I'm a sure thing to win another "White Man's Disease" award again this year. So last night I decide that I should work on this over the summer and try to get that vertical back into two figures again. I attempted to open the file but kept getting a screen requiring a password which I had long forgotten. I emailed the site explaining the problem, not expecting a reply on a Sunday night. Within thirty minutes I received a reply from Kelly with the proper code and an answer to a question I had. That's damn good customer service and deserves recognition. I'm not sure that at almost 52 years old I'll ever dunk a basketball, but if I do I'll write him one hell of a testimonial.

I don't know if we beat up on the gurus so much as tell it like it is. And, when one is deserving of praise, "telling it like it is" is the order of the day, as well.

It's so nice to hear from and about happy customers!

I have a friend at the gym that is doing that program. He really likes it. Hope you do too.

I believe he's actually a member of this forum. I'd love to see him come around more often.

Kelly is definitely a "good guru". he is one of very few you almost never hear anything negative about. he also puts out some of the most readable articles.
