You're overthinking.

You just lift the most you can at 6, 8, 10 reps.
Everything has a ratio. When you squat, what percentage of your bodyweight is lifted? 85%? When you DL, how much body weight do you figure you're lifting? 80%? With chinups, your hands to upper arms don't really figure into it. How much do they weigh?
However, if you're following one of Chad Waterbury's programs, where you have to increase weight by 2.5% per week, I'm right there with you!

If you do the row one handed and use the end of the barbell, it really challenges your grip because it's so fat there.
