Default Training someone else

I will be training my brother this summer, for his final basketball season in college. Would anyone recommend a specific program? My goals for him would be to gain muscle and speed/agility and just endurance. I wont have him running at least 10 miles like I do, because I want him to gain muscle, and not fat. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!!!

You're obviously not qualified to do this.

I would look into getting a professional trainer for this. I'm not so sure you're going to find a single program out there that aids in muscle gain, speed, agility and endurance for basketball. Perhaps there's a book out there, but I wouldn't recommend a single cookie-cutter program for that.

And of course the last thing you want to do is get him hurt.

I have some really good gains from NROL. I was just asking if anyone has any opinions about certain excerises that would be productive, since a lot of people on this forum are fitness experts/trainers.

Right, but you're still not qualified to do it.

If he's in his final year of college basketball, doesn't the coach provide off season training guidance? I can't beleive that he just says, "go get your brother to teach you something".

Here's a place to start: Physical Training on the Off-Season for the Basketball Player

If the main effort in the off-season is strength training, NROL is as good as it gets so why don't you just do the program as written? Make sure he gets in some quality recovery time at the end of the season.
