The retreat (i.e. seminar) was a blast. I feel very fortunate to have been in the presence of such great company.

JP is, without a doubt, one of the most compassionate and considerate people in this industry. I've met a lot of them, but he stands at the top of my list.

I hope all of you will continue to support his efforts!

There are a lot of us who have read A LOT of the info that you've written on T-mag, your website, elsewhere... but didn't get to attend the retreat.

I hope that your experience this weekend will cause you to be a regular part of this group and continue to share your expertise with us!

I'll 2nd that. The "no nonsense" "this makes sense" factor to your programs make them my favorite above anyone elses. Hope you're not a stranger.

Well I didn't get to go the retreat so I have yet to meet our illustrious host, but straight-up, the dude sounds like an amazing human, and an inspiration to all of us here.

I am confident that all of us here will support his efforts anyway we can, even if it's just being a small part of this community he has given so much support to.

Chad,
Having been there, I still can't believe it. You are one of the best in my book. The info, the presentation, the direct approach were all just what I was looking for. I am doing ABBH currently and man it is all making so much sense to me. Thank you.

Mahler

Chad,
You really did an amazing job. I left Little Rock on ever bigger fan of yours than I was when I got there and plan to use a lot of what you told us about starting imediatly.

Also thanks a lot for the hospitality you showed to me on Satuday night. You guys made my year!

I can't wait for your next couple projects.

Danny

The pleasure was all mine, Chad. You were worth every penny! Thanks for agreeing to come up to Little Rock to hand out with a group of total strangers. You fit right in with our quirky little band of forumites. I too learned a lot, and I can't wait to edit the DVD so I can send you one and watch it again several times to allow the knowledge to sink into my brain. Oh, and thanks for helping with my shoulder. Its still much better after your treatment.

Hope to see you again sometime soon. Stay in touch, and post in here any time you like.

I want to thank everyone involved.

Chad is right, JP is a great host and a great man.

Mahler and Danny are right, Chad is awesome. He is a great teacher on top of all of the fitness and athletic knowledge he has. He did a really good job of presenting his info in an understandable and useful manor. I have a lot of notes to review and study.

It was an honor to have JB - I bought both of his books and his DVD - he is impressive.

Lou was very inspiring and fun to talk to.

Cappy and Chera were so good to us, thank you ladies. It was so nice of you to cook and cater to us, and then let us hang out with you.

Everyone else, it was so much fun meeting all of you, and hanging out, learning, and sharing over the weekend.

Buk is right, JB's books are awesome. I haven't cracked into the DVD yet but plan to soon. Seriously, Johnka and JB are brilliant and everyone here should buy Gourmet Nutrition. It is super awesome.

I should also mention that JB is crazy smart and a really cool guy. Super fun to hang out with and he had a ton of knowledge on a lot of very interesting subjects.

It was great to put a lot of new faces to names and to see some guys again.

Thanks a ton JP for putting it on again this year. I can't wait till next year.

Danny

Also, I just wanted to throw out a big thanks to Lou Shuler for his advice, along with his penetrating questions during my presentation. He's top-notch and a huge asset to any information medium.

I'm seeing all of these awesome comments on the retreat and I think I'll try and attend next year (if it is put on). I'll have to start dropping hints to the wife right now if I want to make it next year! Perhaps she'll want to take a road trip and I can shuffle her off somewhere else! What is there to do in LR? If I do come I'll be the quiet one in the corner!

Glad you guys had a great time!

Thanks JP, Chad, JB and Lou. This retreat is making me re-evaluate everything I'm doing. As JP said...it's still sinking into my brain.

What a great retreat! It was awesome.

(worth all the peronal abuse I had to take from my wife)
