hey there guys,how many of you have done this program and had good results?The guys at the gym are thinking of doing this one as they havent done a 5 day a week routine for a long time?So let me know what you people think of this program.

i've dont it although i think it contains too many warmup sets now

all in all its a good progam BBD

I did it. Enjoyed the program and still have some of it's philosophies in my current home made program.

I also did it and had some nice strength gains.
Didn't like the one body part a week philosophy thing though

Max lifts:
Squat: 195kg - 429lbs (training) ..seriously outdated..
Bench press: 135kg - 297lbs (training)
Deadlift: 190kg - 418lbs (training)

I can echo eastcoastsurfer. Enjoyed the program, and still use its' warmup technique for nearly every lifting session to-date.

I've been using its principles for years now. best tape of training i've done. for strength and looks.

I didn't care for that part either. The main thing I carried away from max-ot was to lift heavy and hard. Make every work set count.
