I am a little confused on how this is suppose to look like?? I have done cleans with a barbell but never with dumbbells. It is a part of Hypertrophy III in NROL. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

None of the DB clean seem to show a real clean movement that has a full squat in the catch. They all seem to be power cleans or even no knee work at all in the catch. Is that just "not done" with a DB clean or just no videos to show it?
I suppose you could squat to catch it on your shoulder. I'd fall down.
I dip down just a bit to catch the heavier ones if I'm doing two dbs at once, but that's about my limit.
Check out this guy. He obviously doesn't need to squat down to catch these things.
You shouldn't clean a weight that you can curl...
That's the local Santa Monica Crossfit joint. ha.
