Question

Hey everyone, just trying to make a little list if you will of different combo and hybrid moves. I haven't really done much of these in the past or have too much exposure to them, and wanted to start and keep a "stash" to switch out from. As many as you got, I'm all ears!

Thanks,

BA

Alwyn Cosgrove and I presented on this topic @ the NSCA Las Vegas this summer. Combos, hybrids, and complexes. We did a DVD as well covering just about every single combo lift you could imagine!

I know! I was pissed that I couldn't make it out there (I'm NSCA-CPT certified for what it matters) I have to admit that yours and alwyn's presentation was one that really caught my eye. I've already done some of his stuff for martial arts training.

Thanks for the link, I'll have to see if I can scrounge up the cash...
