Default exrx.net has some new exercises up - what do you think of them and the form?

Cable One Arm Twisting Row (done seated)
Cable One Arm Twisting Seated Row
My thoughts: It's better to just do a cable push pull because you are not just doing a low row, you are doing a high row as well and plus more range of motion standing than sitting)

Lever One Arm Bent Over Row
Lever One Arm Bent-over Row
My thoughts and question: If we can use a barbell for contact twist (rotation), then we can use a barbell for the bent over row as well right? Plus using a barbell would be easier to pick up than a dumbbell doing a one arm bent over row. We can just pick this one up right from the floor on each rep

Cable Alternating Pulldown

What do you think of this one? I know my gym does not have 2 pulleys like this right next to each other, so the only option at my gym would be this: Cable One Arm Pulldown Cable One Arm Pulldown

Cable Standing Cross Row
Cable Standing Cross Row
What do you think of this one? Looks like its done from high pulleys on both sides

exrx has added pronators and supinators to the forearm/wrist area Forearm Exercise Menu

Barbell Push Crunch
Barbell Push Crunch

Dumbbell Push Crunch Dumbbell Push Crunch

Cable Standing Crunch

My thoughts: I like this exercise, but I don't like how he is rounding his back. The movement is only supposed to come from the waste only. I rather do the one leg in front and one leg in the back of me and do a cable standing forward bend with the triceps working at the same time. I forgot the name of the exercise though. I tried it once and I liked it. I defiantly felt my triceps the next day doing it. I wish exrx.net had clips of that.

Lever Side Lying Leg Hip Raise Lever Side Lying Leg Hip Raise

Lever Vertical Hip Raise Lever Vertical Leg-Hip Raise

Weighted Vertical Hip Raise (parallel bars)

Lever One Arm Jam

Thoughts: I remember seeing this type of exercise done with a barbell before. I forgot where on the internet I found the pictures that I saved to my computer a while ago. I am thinking about adding the barbell one to my weightraining sessions. I need more hip firing!

Lever Back Extension (rehab)
Lever Back Extension

Weighted Hamstring Raise
Weighted Hamstring Raise
Thoughts: I wish I had this kind in my gym, so I can try these.

Cable Standing Crunch. why shouldn't you round your back? it's exactly the same as you do with crunches, and it's not like you've got a bar on your back or somehing..
