Default where to measure on TNT diet

hi, i can't seem to find it but i thought there was a section in the TNT book about where to measure one's body to see progress. i'm down with the whole "it's not the scale, take pics and measure approach" so any advice on what to measure is appreciated.

thanks

"Waist and Measures," page 228. It only addresses waist measurement and using your hip bones as a guide point.
