Default I Got My Game Back

Some of you may have read the thread about me injuring my hand about 10 days ago. I had to lay off deadlifts because my grip was compromised.

Well, this morning, I gave it a try.

10 x 3 x 320

with 45 second rest periods.

Five tons in less than 10 minutes.

I got my game back.

I clicked on this thread thinking I'd read something about "Alma" having a big smile on her face...

Glad you're back at the DLs!

Welcome back, Stella.

That is a serious amount of pulling. I am thrilled that the 5 x 185 I did yesterday felt good. Seeing you pull 3 x 320 is just awesome.
