I am sure you guys are right and I should just get up if I naturally wake up and feel awake, but I love sleep

. I guess it is time to break that nasty little habit though.
It is weird, if I go to bed and do not set my alarm because I do not need to get up early I end up sleeping 9-10 hours (till around 10am) but if I set my alarm for say, 8am like I have been doing just so I can get into the habit of getting up earlier, I wake up naturally in about 6-7 hours. I am going to start making myself get up when I wake up like that because I definitely don't like that dead feeling I have when I go back to sleep and wake up a few hours later. I also need to find a way to get to bed earlier, and/or fall asleep quicker, I have been having a hard time lately.
Oh and as a side note, when taking ZMA, don't wash it down with green tea. I wasn't paying attention last night and I grabbed the pitcher of cold green tea from the fridge instead of the water and not even thinking washed down the pills with a cup of tea; kept me up till about 3-4am.
