Default Bill Hartman!!!

Hey Bill. I want to start your training routine in the current issue of MH Fitness Strategies For Your Abs - Men's Health
(This is just the article folks, the actual workout is in the pull out poster)

A question though:

The cable PNF in workout B, in my home gym I've got a pulley set up but not at the bottom of my column, hence I can't pull from my waist, up and across to fully extended. Can I substitute anything here? Maybe a db with the hand movement the same? The way my pulley is set up I CAN pull from the shoulder down (think cable crossovers for chest). Can I maybe pull the weight across my body in the opposite direction then? With my right hand from my upper left and down to my lower right?
Other suggestions?

Thanks!
