Default TNT Warmup - Quick Question

Can someone give me a list of the elements of the TNT warmup routine. I want to do it at lunch but forgot to bring the book into the office. D'oh. Thanks!

10 lunges (each leg)
10 body weight squats
10 hip extentions
10 lying-straight leg raises (each leg)
10 pushup pluses
10 thoracic rotations (each shoulder)
10 fire hydrant in-out (each leg, then reverse direction for 10 more each leg)
10 groiners
