Coming to LR, where is JP Fitness
Well I just found out that I have to make a trip to Little Rock this Wednesday and Thursday. I work for Bozell, an ad agency and I have to visit our Little Rock office. I'm staying at the La Quinta downtown, is JP fitness anywhere near there? I would love to come in and buy a day pass if it is.....and if a day pass is permitted. If anyone knows, let me know. Thanks!!! Its been a while since I've been on...I miss this forum.

I believe the La Quinta and JP's a right next door to each other.

I'm sure JP could hook you up.

Yes, you won't even have to buy a day pass, because I am pretty sure that La Quinta has an agreement for their customers to use JP's. It is just in the next building over, and has perhaps the best view in Little Rock - for sure the best view of any gym. The gym is on Capitol and Broadway on I think the 29th floor, sometimes I accidentally go to the 39th or the other way around. I think the La Quinta is probably listed as 6th and Broadway.

Yo, Boss! You are in like flynn, brother!
La Quinta is right across the street, and even if they didn't offer passes, I'd give you one anyway.
Looking forward to meeting you!

When you get to Little Rock, just walk up to anyone and mention JP. Everyone knows him.

Not quite everyone, but I think I have figured out which ones don't, and I'm going to go door to door to introduce myself to remedy that situation!
BTW, Boss, send me a PM with your real name and contact info (email, cell, etc).

I'm reminded of a scene from "Love, Actually" where Hugh Grant's character is going door-to-door down an abbey trying to find a girl named Natalie. In one case, he's recognized as the prime minister, wishes the owner a Merry Christmas and says it's one of the new services being provided by the new administration.
Anything like that?

Aruguably the only redeeming scene in that entire piece of crap. The things I use to do for--oh wait, gotta keep it R-rated or better

there's a La Quinta in West Little Rock on Shackleford....the one downtown is across the street from JP's. Is your meeting in the Metropolitan Bank Building?

Bleh.....its hot here compared to Omaha. Nice city though from what I've seen. And at least you have leaves on your trees already.

Awesome gym!!! If I could workout at a place with a view like that everyday....I would never leave the gym. Even though I didn't get to meet JP, it was an awesome experience. Nice city, GREAT gym, I've enjoyed my first trip to Little Rock.
