Default Training Routines?

I've been thinking about getting "again" for quite a while now.

I need some training routines that will work out everything
(don't worry about making them too hard, because if anything I will work up to them)

Name: Steven Vuong
Age: 18
Height: 5'5
Weight: 115.5 lbs

I know there are already a bunch of training routines, but I am looking for one a bit more specifically for me.

In general I want to train ALL aspects of my body, in two months or so my friend will be helping me get up to 125/130 lbs.

Endurance, Speed, Vertical, Strength (more over on my upper body)

Something else I wanted to mention is, training my legs (running or jumping or anything) I usually can do it easily but anything requiring upperbody (weights / pushups) I tend to not be able to push my body to the limits as I can with my legs. Other than drugs is there any way to push my body past its limits ?

Me and some friends are having some competitions during the summer, and I asked him the last question I just asked he mentioned "breaking your breathing rhythm" I don't know if he was joking or anything but, he's on the other team for the competitions so he won't tell me till after.

All replies are appreciated

Have a look in FAQ's for routines, pick a fll body one- or new rules of lifting

is a great book. But basicall any good routine will do. You need to eat and eat and sleep.

If you can maintain your breathing while exercising, you are only training your aerobic system. You are not traiing your anerobic system. If you don't get out of breath once in a while, you aren't training hard enough.

You must work on strength training. Start a program like NROL, already mentioned, or "Starting Strength". Incorporate sprints into your running training. Strength training will improve all the other aspects of your fitness and help you gain weight.

It'd be helpful to know what you're training for before giving out a blanket program recommendation.

The competition will consist of:

boxing, wrestling, soccer, rugby, water polo, relay, tug of war, volleyball, eating competition, man hunt (you can think of it as a team game of tag), dodgeball

So, in basic I need to train just about every area of my body.

Maybe you should just follow Crossfit's Workout Of the Day. CF doesn't help with anything in particular, so it's perfect.

The reality is that you probably know which areas you need to improve, right? What are you doing now? Nothing? If that's the case, pretty much anything that involves a good lifting plan, plus practicing all those sports and games will help you some.

You're on you're own with the eating competition. I'm just a natural there. I've got no tips.
