Joel Marion, same guy who did RRD, has another workout. Its 2 days of strength training (3x5) and 2 days of "metabolic" trainig (3x12)...kinda the best of both worlds...supposed to be real good for fat loss. Im starting Monday.

Yeah I just got done doing a 5x5 scheme, and was kinda making my own workout up doing 4 sets of 8-12, just to change it up...then I saw this, and thought it looked pretty good...to be honest, I like lifting heavier with low reps, ie 5x5, more so than doing moderate reps, 8-12 or so..and this does both so Im going to give it a try.

I am doing a very similiar thing. I don't know if you remember the mens fitness awhile back (aug. 2004) called "R.I.P Body Part Training). I modeled my WO after that. Its going to be a little over a month here soon, ill change some of the exercises for another month and probably give the one you put up a shot. I was on 5x5 and switched to 8-10 for 4 sets, very similiar to yours.
