Hi Josh
I did cybergenics about 10 years ago. As I can recall, the worst thing about it was that it was positive and negative failure. That in ityself is a recipe for injury. For example on a bench press, Positive failure is when you can no longer preees the weight, then your partner helps you up with it and you continue until you can no longer control the weight down- negative failure. Just typing that hurts! It is really easy to get hurt!
As also do recall, got pretty good results in a short time, but I think I did something to my shoulder then- not sure but had soreeness for a while and gave up. My partner also injured himself. The problems with being inexperienced is that often you have intensity and no fucking brains- at least that was true in our case.
I do not know what was in the "mix" at that time, a buddy got it for us and I had no idea what I was doing at that time and took the supps. In retrospect, I suspect there was epherine (legal at that time, in it, but really no idea) Maybe Jp can shed some light on that- I think he mentioned that he had done cybegenics.
I do not know much about the current mix or routine (I think it is TOP SECRET until you frok over the cash and get the little booklet and the supps) but I do know that after my previous experience I would NOT do cybergenics again. (I have a feeling that my current lfet shoulder tropuble might be related to some a negative failure that failed severely.
Hope this helps
Peter
