Default Difference in grip on overhead press?

Is there a difference in doing a dumbbell overhead press with palms facing forward and with palms facing each other? Does it work different muscles?

Does it work different muscles, NO. But it does shift the emphasis alittle. From memory having your hands facing each other (or neutral grip) puts more emphasis on triceps then a pronated grip does. I used to do db bench like that, but never tried shoulder press so not sure if its exactly the same.
