I can't help but like stallone, and I saw this in the store yesterday. I was in a little bit of a rush so I just flipped through it quickly. I'm thinking about going back to check it out a little more thoroughly. Honestly, I'd just like to see stallone's take on fitness, considering the changes he went through between the original rocky and rocky 3/4. Most of that was pretty impressive.

Anyone seen it yet? It has some routines and nutrition info in it. I'm curious what some of the experts around here think of it's quality, or even it's entertainment value!

I'm no expert, but I flipped through it one day and didn't care for it - didn't actually read the articles though.

i ignored the actual workout section of it and read bits and pieces of the first section - basically a little bio on sly and some comments about how he trained for different roles.

I'm sure there are better workouts and nutrition advice here than in that book

I'm kind of anxious to find it. I've always liked Stallone. Have you checked out his new Mag?

Don't get me wrong, I like Stallone - I even watched a True Hollywood Story on him the other night - cool.

I believe it's called "Sly"? I could be wrong, it'll be obvious when you see it in the store though

There's an excerpt from the book in the newest Men's Fitness, for those interested.

I read the book yesterday. I think it's a good book for those starting out. Sound nutrition advice, with no calorie restrictions, etc. Just what to and not to eat for good health and fitness.

The workouts look good, too.

I hope it give The Abs Diet a run for it's money.

I would point people to Sly Moves if they wanted a book to get them going. They'll see results and then look for more detailed info later on.
