I was curious. On days that I do my shoulder workouts, should I do the rotator cuff band training before or after my workout? Or maybe even on a leg day. Thanks in advance.
IMO if you do rotator cuff work on your shoulder day, defintley do it after you are done training your shoulders because doing rotator cuff work might take away from the effort you can put into your shoulder work.
Yesterday I did it before and it didn't seem to take away too much, but im not sure. Anyone else have a tie breaker for these two? Thanks for the posts guys.
After. Don't wear out your shoulder's stabilizers and small muscles before heading to the bench press.
You could do it on leg day, but depending on your weekly workout schedule, it may only give you one day of recovery before hitting upper body hard again.

If you have time you could fit it into your leg day. Then you will get the best of both worlds and won't have to worry about your upper body being worn out or fresh.
