you need to find a coach to teach you proper form. Or, watch lots and lots of videos and then film yourself, and critique it.
You need to make sure you're pulling the bar close to your body, and then dipping under the weight quick enough, and snapping your elbows up on the catch.
If you can't catch the bar due to inflexibility, you need to work on that, first and foremost. Get in the front squat position with a clean grip, and just stretch the hell out of your wrists and forearm.
Flexibility will come the more that you work on it.
