Default Incline Dumbbell Bench Press ( palms facing )

2 Quick questions..

1.
Is there a good substitute for the Incline Dumbbell Bench Press
( palms facing) ? .. my dumbbells only go to 60 lbs each. It would only be for the 6 x 3'x and 5 x 6's in Hypertrophy 11 from NROL..

2.
Is there a good website that maybe shows substitutions for various exercises?

I only have 3 workouts left in Hypertrophy 1 and am just at my dumbbell limits for the 5 x 5's now..

It might take longer but would one handed ones work?

Thanks

Mark

You could start buying new dumbbells in 10 pounds increments and buy some platemates. You aren't going to get any weaker hopefully so this is a bridge you have to cross at some point.

Yes.. I've been scouring the papers and internet for some more weights close by, but no luck so far... The ones I have are plated so I can add/subtract more.. I suppose I may just have to break down and get another four ten lb plates for now... The problem is I keep telling my better half this is it.. then the next thing you know... I end up needing more... I suppose that's good news in a way...
