Ditto!

Been lurking in this thread - gotta say thanx for keeping me from doing anything productive at work while I read all of this... but it has to stop soon or I'm gonna get fired for LOL-ing!

I fixed the troll problem once and for all (IP ban) so for now we should have have some more civil discussion in here in general.

Well, now I see that you'd already banned the IP. So I did nothing but pose after it was already over, like the guido who yells "Take a suck of that!" 10 seconds after the cops have broken up the fight.

I would like to hear more about this, Leigh. Could you please expound further?

Nah, this is preparatory work to the actually trolling class. Like algebra and trig are considered pre-calc and basic writing skills are in preparation to composition 101.

I have to say, from personal experience, I think the high intensity burns more fat. You can look at whatever research you want, but at the end of the day everybody is going to do whatever gives them the results they want.

I've said this a long time ago.... Jamie Hale is the un-sung hero of the fitness industry. I think this thread is proof-positive of that. How many people do you know have a surprisingly tenacious gender-confused stalker-fan?

Wow. If that guy would have put part of the half-assed effort he did in trolling into researching things more...he wouldn't have made himself look like the complete douche that he is.
