Default Steve Cotter

Until the summit talk I'd never heard of him.

His blog leaves alittle to be desired but I've checked out his training DVD's. After downloading the sample clips they look like he has some great exercises and products out there.

His extreme kettlebell workout and bodyweight conditioning have tickled my fancy. Does anyone have any of his products or these ones in particular? If so, what do you think?

I gather Steve has been around for a while but not much on here talks about him.

I've met Steve and had the pleasure of attending about a 3 hour seminar with him and was very impressed with his knowledge and ability to teach. As far as his kettlebell products, he recommended the Encyclopedia of KB Lifting Vol 1. I haven't got it yet...still on my things to buy list.

There are excerpts of a few of Steve's DVDs on youtube.

He doesn't update his blog frequently but does post helpful advice on his forum more often. For training related issues that'd be the place to look.
